Instant Dosa (Breakfast)

If you are bored with normal avalakki(poha), upma (uppittu) as breakfast, u can just try out this which is fast and easy to prepare. Instant dosa does not require soaking of rice, urdal nothing. you will definitely enjoy the taste in very few minutes.

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup Rice flour.
2. 1/4 cup of Curd or yogurt.
3. salt for taste.
4. finely chopped onions and coriander.

Preparation time:
10 Mins.

serves:
2 people

How to prepare:
1. mix Rice flour, yogurt in a bowl.
2. all little salt as per taste.
3. add water to make a thin /thick batter by checking the consistency.
4. Add chopped onion and coriander leaves and mix well.
5. heat a pan on medium flame.
6. put 1 tsp of oil on the pan.
7. pour 1 or 2 large spoon of batter in round shape on the pan.
8. let it bake till the side turns golden brown color.
9. turn the dosa on other side and bake for 1 min.
10. take the dosa out and taste it with sauce, chutney or potato curry.

Hint: For roasted dosa, make batter very thin. For smooth dosa, make the batter thick.
